Terms of Use

Rules for one-time AI video orders and private downloads.

Service and acceptance

AI zombie video is the operating brand of this service at zombieaicouple.org. The service creates a fictional romantic-horror video from two adult portraits. Using the site and submitting an order means accepting these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Availability is determined by the service. Disabled checkout creates no purchase or reservation.

Eligibility and image permission

You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and have permission from both adult subjects plus necessary copyright and privacy rights. Do not submit minors, unlawful or sexual content, graphic abuse, harassment, deceptive impersonation or rights-infringing material. Do not bypass safety checks, misuse private links, attack the service or access another person’s order.

Offer and payment

The price is $6.99 USD for one generation, paid once through Stripe. No account is required; there are no subscriptions or credit bundles. Review the final total and any applicable tax before payment. Your issuer may apply currency conversion or fees. A checkout redirect is not proof of payment; server-confirmed status controls fulfillment. Keep your order ID, receipt and private link. Do not pay again simply because processing is pending.

Specifications and AI limitations

The fixed generation request uses Seedance 2.0 Mini, two portraits, 12 seconds and 720p in 9:16 or 16:9. Photo 1 becomes the zombie and photo 2 stays human unless you swap them. The fixed scenes show recognition in ruins, lowering an unfired handgun and embracing, then a meadow memory with both people healthy. No dialogue is requested. You choose portraits, roles and format, not a custom script. AI likeness, motion, expressions, exact timing, non-speech audio and visual quality can vary. Storyboard art is not an actual output sample. These limitations do not remove rights where the service is defective or materially not as described.

Processing and delivery

Generation follows confirmed payment. Timing varies; there is no guaranteed completion time. The private order page reports verified status. Download immediately once successful. Completed videos are retained for access for 7 days after successful completion, not payment, at the expiry shown on the order page. Expired or deleted files cannot be restored. Keep a local MP4 copy; this service is not permanent backup storage.

Account-free order access

We do not collect recovery email in this release. Your browser saves only the order ID and token in localStorage. After closing the browser, return to My orders in the same browser on the same domain to find saved orders while storage remains available. Changing devices, clearing browser data, private browsing or blocked storage means access is not guaranteed. Save a separate copy of your full private link; you can import it manually in My orders. Anyone holding that link can access its order. If storage is blocked, copy the selectable private link before leaving. A receipt is not an access token, and contacting support cannot guarantee restoration without one.

Licenses and sharing

You retain rights already held in input images. You authorize the service and processors to store, transmit and process them as needed for delivery, safety and the purposes in Privacy. We claim no exclusive rights in generated videos and do not guarantee copyright protection, uniqueness or third-party clearance. You are responsible for subject consent and rights for your intended sharing or commercial use. Do not present fictional AI scenes as real evidence.

Failures, cancellation and refunds

Available order controls can cancel unpaid drafts. A paid generation may already be running and is not assumed canceled by closing the browser or deleting media. Confirmed technical failures enter the refund process; uncertain cases need review. Subjective disappointment after successful delivery is distinct from technical failure. See the Refund Policy. Statutory withdrawal, cancellation, repair and refund rights remain intact; merely paying is not asserted to waive them.

Availability and responsibility

We may restrict unlawful or abusive use and interrupt service for maintenance, security or provider failures. We remain responsible for obligations the law does not permit us to exclude, including consumer remedies. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or other non-excludable liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose; no blanket disclaimer overrides mandatory law.

Changes and disputes

New terms apply to future use and orders as legally permitted and cannot retroactively remove accrued rights. Applicable law determines governing law, competent courts and consumer protections. Contact support to seek resolution without limiting your rights to contact your payment provider, consumer authority or competent court.

Support and requests

Contact AI zombie video at support@zombieaicouple.org for support, privacy or refund requests. Include the order ID, relevant receipt reference and issue details. Never post private tokens or full card details publicly. Support cannot promise to restore an order without its private access token; a support email or receipt does not replace the token or restore expired media. Use My orders for saved links and verified status.
