Privacy Policy

How AI zombie video handles photos, private orders and support requests.

Scope and purposes

AI zombie video is the operating brand of this service at zombieaicouple.org. We process information to deliver requested videos, authorize private access, reconcile payments and refunds, respond to support, secure the service and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, processing relies on contract performance, consent, security-related legitimate interests or legal obligations.

Information collected

We receive two submitted adult portraits, selected format, permission confirmation, order ID and status, timestamps, generation identifiers and payment/refund references. Selecting files alone stays local; uploads begin only when you continue to checkout. No account is required. We do not collect recovery email in this release. If you email support, we receive your contact address and the information you choose to send for handling that request; this is not an order-recovery registration or a marketing subscription. Hosting and payment providers may process IP addresses and request logs for delivery and security. Do not upload minors, sensitive documents or images without permission.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare hosts the service and stores private media and order data. Stripe processes checkout; we do not receive complete card numbers. SeeAPI receives the two reference photos and fixed instructions for a 12-second 720p Seedance 2.0 Mini video request. No dialogue is requested. These providers may process data in other countries under their own terms, privacy practices and applicable legal safeguards. Service-side deletion does not certify erasure from provider systems, logs or backups. Provider retention is separate; review provider policies before submitting sensitive material.

Retention and deletion

Our submitted input copies are normally removed within 24 hours. Completed videos are retained for access for 7 days after successful completion, not payment, then expire and are scheduled for deletion. Download immediately: expired or deleted videos cannot be restored. Cleanup is not instantaneous erasure of backups or provider copies. Use the private order page’s deletion control for available service-side media. Order, consent and payment/refund records may outlast media as needed for administration, disputes, fraud prevention or legal recordkeeping; they are not indefinite video backups. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests and meet legal obligations.

Private links and device storage

Private order links carry access tokens in URL fragments. The browser sends tokens in authorization headers, not public query parameters. Anyone holding a complete link can access its order. Browser localStorage holds only the order ID and token, not photos or email. After closing the browser, return to My orders in the same browser on the same domain to find saved orders while that storage remains available. Changing devices, clearing browser data, private browsing or blocked storage means access is not guaranteed. Save a separate private copy of your complete link. Forget this device in My orders removes the saved list, not server media. If storage is blocked, use the private order page’s selectable link and copy control.

Sharing and choices

We do not sell your photos or intentionally publish them as samples. Information is shared with providers as needed for service delivery, security, payments, legal compliance and valid legal requests. We use self-hosted Plausible analytics at app.pageview.app on the homepage and public policy pages only, to measure aggregate page visits without analytics cookies. Analytics receives only the public canonical page URL, not its query string or fragment. Private order pages and My orders contain no analytics scripts. Photos, order IDs and private access links are not sent to analytics. We do not use marketing scripts. Provider sites may use their own cookies. Disabling storage does not prevent access through a complete saved private link.

Your rights and security

Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing. Deletion may prevent fulfillment and does not erase legally required records. Requests need appropriate verification. We use HTTPS and restricted access but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not post portraits, payment details or access tokens publicly.

Policy changes

The effective date identifies this version. Material changes will be reflected here before applying to new orders. Later wording does not reduce statutory rights or existing legal obligations.

Support and requests

Contact AI zombie video at support@zombieaicouple.org for support, privacy or refund requests. Include your order ID, relevant receipt reference and a description of the issue, not full card details or unnecessary portraits. Contacting support does not create recovery access: we cannot promise to restore an order without its private access token. A receipt or support email is not a substitute for that token and cannot restore expired or deleted media. Use My orders for saved links, verified status and available deletion controls.
